Complaints Procedure

All complaints and grievances should be directed to the relevant state association. Each State Association has their own Complaints and Grievances procedures, and the Association will follow these procedures to find a fair and equitable resolution to the presented issue. If the issue cannot be resolved by the State Association, the State Association may escalate the issue to the Coles Little Athletics Australia Chief Executive Officer.

Should any person have a complaint or grievance directly involving Coles Little Athletics Australia or its staff, Board members or Executive members, they should contact the Coles Little Athletics Australia Chief Executive Officer.

Should the issue involve the Chief Executive Officer, and it not be appropriate to involve them in the early proceedings, contact should be made with the Coles Little Athletics Australia President.
